I do hereby give my/our free, voluntary and unconditional consent and solemnly declare, with full consciousness and seriousness and without any undue influence, coercion or pressure, as under:

मैं पैन अपनी पूर्ण स्वतंत्र इच्छा से, स्वेच्छा से, बिना किसी प्रकार के दबाव, बल, प्रलोभन या अनुचित प्रभाव के, पूर्ण होश-हवास एवं गंभीरता के साथ, निम्नलिखित के संबंध में अपनी बिना शर्त सहमति प्रदान करते हैं तथा विधिवत रूप से यह गंभीर घोषणा करते हैं कि:

1. That I/We are applying for Sub-Dealership / Dealership / Distributorship of Indira Gas for LPG with full consciousness and seriousness and without any undue influence or pressure.

यह कि मैं/हम इंडिरा गैस के एल.पी.जी. हेतु उप-वितरक / वितरक / डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप के लिए बिना किसी दबाव, प्रभाव या प्रलोभन के, पूर्ण होश-ओ-हवास एवं गंभीरता के साथ आवेदन कर रहे हैं।हवासएवंगंभीरताकेसाथआवेदनकररहेहैं।

2. That I/We have carefully read, understood and made myself/ourselves fully aware of each and every term and condition governing the Sub-Dealership / Dealership / Distributorship and the consequences arising therefrom.

यह कि मैं/हमने उप-वितरक / वितरक / डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप से संबंधित समस्त नियमों एवं शर्तों को भली-भांति पढ़ लिया है तथा प्रत्येक शर्त एवं उसके परिणामों को पूर्ण रूप से समझ लिया है।

3. That I/We are well aware of the non-refundable License Fee and/or non-refundable Security Deposit, Distributorship Policy Document, Model Agreement, receipts, Security Deposit refund clause (if any) and the conditions attached thereto, and that no claim for refund shall be raised except as expressly provided.

यह कि मैं/हम गैर-वापसी योग्य लाइसेंस शुल्क / गैर-वापसी योग्य सुरक्षा जमा राशि, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप नीति दस्तावेज, मॉडल एग्रीमेंट, रसीद तथा सुरक्षा जमा वापसी की शर्तों से पूर्णतः अवगत हैं और निर्धारित परिस्थितियों के अतिरिक्त किसी भी दशा में वापसी का कोई दावा नहीं किया जाएगा।

4. That I/We are fully aware of and completely understand the Cancellation and Termination Policy applicable to the Sub-Dealership / Dealership / Distributorship.

यह कि मैं/हम उप-वितरक / वितरक / डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप की रद्दीकरण एवं समाप्ति नीति को पूर्णतः समझते हैं।

5. That I/We clearly understand and agree that the Security Deposit shall be liable to be forfeited in case of breach or violation of any terms and conditions of the Sub-Dealership / Dealership / Distributorship.

यह कि शर्तों के उल्लंघन की स्थिति में सुरक्षा जमा राशि जब्त की जा सकती है, जिससे मैं/हम पूर्णतः सहमत हैं।

6. That I/We further understand and agree that in case of cancellation or termination of the Sub-Dealership / Dealership / Distributorship due to breach of terms and conditions, I/We shall have no claim whatsoever for refund of Security Deposit or License Fee against the Company.

यह कि शर्तों के उल्लंघन के कारण उप-वितरक / वितरक / डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप की समाप्ति या रद्द होने की स्थिति में सुरक्षा जमा राशि एवं लाइसेंस शुल्क की वापसी हेतु कंपनी पर कोई दावा नहीं होगा।

7. That I/We am/are aware that the office price of LPG connections and related charges are subject to variation based on demand-supply factors, market conditions, Government policy, crude oil prices, inflation, etc., and that any price revision duly communicated by Indira Gas from time to time shall be unconditionally accepted by me/us.

यह कि मैं/हम इस तथ्य से अवगत हैं कि एल.पी.जी. कनेक्शन का मूल्य मांग-आपूर्ति, बाजार दर, सरकारी नीति, कच्चे तेल की कीमत, मुद्रास्फीति आदि के अनुसार परिवर्तनीय है तथा इंडिरा गैस द्वारा समय-समय पर सूचित मूल्य परिवर्तन को बिना किसी आपत्ति के स्वीकार किया जाएगा।

8. That I/We are aware that Indira Gas may, from time to time, issue publicity or promotional advertisements or schemes for new LPG connections and refills at discounted rates for a limited period, strictly as per the terms and conditions applicable to such offers.

यह कि मैं/हम इस बात से अवगत हैं कि इंडिरा गैस समय-समय पर सीमित अवधि हेतु रियायती दरों पर प्रचारात्मक या विज्ञापन योजनाएँ जारी कर सकती है, जो संबंधित शर्तों के अधीन होंगी।

9. That I/We solemnly affirm that the contents of this Consent-cum-Declaration are true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief, that nothing material has been concealed, and that no part thereof is false.

यह कि मैं/हम सत्यनिष्ठा से यह घोषणा करते हैं कि इस सहमति-सह-घोषणापत्र की समस्त सामग्री मेरी/हमारी सर्वोत्तम जानकारी एवं विश्वास के अनुसार सत्य है, इसमें कुछ भी छिपाया नहीं गया है तथा इसका कोई भी भाग असत्य नहीं है।
